Some Paintings

Recycling cardboard boxes is cool, although even better is to cut them into squares and use them to paint on. That's reuse!

It's less intimidating as a complete amateur painter (like myself) to paint playfully on a throwaway piece of cardboard, as opposed to defacing a pristine canvas... Plus it gives a fun rough and rugged effect, with the pattern of the cardboard and the occasional packing label just barely peaking through.

Over the last ~year I did a few paintings like this with acrylic paint on cardboard cuttings, and it was super fun — something I'm going to do more often. Take a look if you want!
